I am a lifelong practitioner of martial arts and self-defense systems, with extensive experience in various disciplines including Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, Taekwondo, Wrestling, Grappling and Jujitsu. I’ve earned multiple black belts, competed in combat sports, and trained with elite fighters and instructors around the world. Growing up in a tough environment taught me the realities of violence early. Martial arts gave me structure, and my work in security exposed me to real-world threats, emphasizing the need for adaptability and readiness. Today, I focus on empowering others with practical self-defense skills and a warrior mindset—helping them become “hard targets” who face life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
